Glacier Stone Supply, LLC is based in the beautiful region of Northwest Montana, home of Glacier National Park. The company was formed in 2003, and began by delivering premium full stone to customers, masons, architects, contractors and distributors with premium service.
In June 2005, Glacier Stone was the first company in the Pacific Northwest to begin producing a high volume of Natural Lite™Thin Veneer Stone in a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant. We further expanded to support the growing demand for rich Montana colors by combining forces with Montana Stone Supply in September 2005. December 2005 saw more expansion, and we moved all our production indoors to accomplish consistent production during the harsh Montana winters so we can provide reliable delivery to all our customers.
As the largest supplier of Natural Lite™ Thin Veneer in the Pacific Northwest, we are also leading the way as a producer of sustainable building materials. With Montana’s vast natural resources of stone supply, our products have been embraced by the Green Building community. Our quarries offer an extensive selection of various stone. GSS supplied stone to homes and commercial projects up and down the West Coast and is rapidly expanding across North America. Through delivering high quality cut stone, native stone, building stone and landscaping stone while backing up what we say, our company continues to grow. Dave Wilkins, President and CEO, founded Glacier Stone Supply in 2003 with the focus on mining, manufacturing and distributing the best Montana natural stone products. He is committed to creating the "Nordstroms" of stone by providing premium stone with premium customer service. Matthew Anand, Manager and Chief Financial Officer, has eight years of business development and portfolio management experience with a variety of start-ups and privately held companies. Jeff Hider, Chief Operating Officer, has over 15 years experience in finance and operations. His analytical approach to production is an invaluable trait to this new market.
